GENERAL

These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with our Services Agreement (if applicable), which shall form part hereof. All services supplied by us are subject to these terms and conditions and our Services Agreement.

SERVICES

No Agent Required (Pty) Limited is a company which specialises in advertising and marketing. We provide immovable property owners with a platform, tools and materials necessary to allow them to market their immovable property for sale or rent. Our services are available exclusively to immovable property owners. No Agent Required (Pty) Limited is not an estate agent, legal or financial advisor and will not render the services of such persons. In particular, we will not be responsible for the negotiation and/or conclusion of any agreements that may result from the utilisation of our services or this website.

Should you be interested in utilising our services, you may contact us via electronic email on info@ownerselling.co.za or telephonically on 087 702 6278 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Our standard Services Agreement shall be concluded prior any services being rendered and we reserve the right to reject, in our sole discretion, any offer for the use of our services.

 

LEGAL CAPACITY        

You hereby warrant to us that you have the required legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these terms and conditions and our Services Agreement (if applicable).       

 

WEBSITE CONTENT AND AVAILABILITY           

We make no representations and/or warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness, suitability or reliability of any information, data, advertisements, photos and/or content shown or displayed on this website or that this website will be accessible and operative at all times.

The content expressed on this website is of a general, informative nature and should not be regarded as advice, whether of a legal or financial nature or otherwise. No Agent Required (Pty) Limited shall be entitled to unilaterally vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.

These terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between us and you in relation to the subject matter hereof. Neither party shall be bound by any express, tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein.

These terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between us and you in respect of the subject matter hereof.

No indulgence or extension of time which either party may grant to the other will constitute a waiver of or, whether by estoppel or otherwise, limit any of the existing or future rights of the grantor in terms hereof, save in the event or to the extent that the grantor has signed a written document expressly waiving or limiting such rights.

You are not entitled to cede, assign and delegate any of your rights or obligations in terms of these terms and conditions to any third party without our prior written consent.

No Agent Required (Pty) Limited may cede, assign or delegate any of its rights or obligations set out herein or in the Services Agreement (if applicable) without your consent.

All provisions of these terms and conditions are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of these terms and conditions which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as pro non scripto and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
